What We Do
Chartwell Aviation identifies and develops aviation infrastructure opportunities in high-growth markets. We bridge international operators with local regulatory environments, providing the strategic and operational framework for successful market entry.
Our team combines aviation operations experience with deep South Asian market expertise, enabling partners to move quickly on time-sensitive opportunities.
Services
Market Entry Strategy
Regulatory navigation, local partnership structuring, and government liaison for aviation operators entering new markets in South Asia and the Indian Ocean region.
Airport Development
Feasibility assessment, consortium formation, and bid management for airport concession and management contracts.
Ground Handling & Logistics
Operational planning for ground services, cargo infrastructure, and fuel supply chain development at underserved airports.
Current Focus: Indian Ocean Aviation Corridor
The Gulf airspace disruption has created structural demand for alternative routing through the Indian Ocean region. With 23,000+ flights cancelled and major carriers seeking safe transit points on the Europe–Asia-Pacific corridor, new infrastructure is urgently needed.
We are actively developing ground infrastructure and transit solutions in Sri Lanka to serve rerouted long-haul traffic — working with international aviation operators and the Sri Lankan government to bring underutilised airport capacity online.
